Lancaster's is featuring a mix and match appetizer special for a lighter meal or late evening snack. Try two half appetizers or a half appetizer plus small soup or salad for only $14. We are also featuring a different unique gourmet pizza appetizer each week - perfect as a starter.
Our new Main Course Menu highlights ingredients that are in season - fresh entree salads and lighter pasta dishes. We've also brought back the Bison Burger!

APPETIZERS

Chicken Tostadas
Spicy guacamole is spread on crispy corn tortillas and topped with seasoned shredded chicken, onion, tomato, jalapeno, lettuce and Monterey Jack cheese. Salsa and sour cream are served on the side. $12

Lamb Skewers
A generous portion of boneless lamb loin, mushroom, artichoke, tomato, and onion are skewered together and grilled to rare. Tahini remoulade served on the side is the perfect accompaniment. $14

Jalapeno and Bacon Shrimp
Hickory smoked bacon envelops large succulent shrimp and fresh jalapeno. We serve with our house made tangy horseradish island sauce. $14

Crab Cakes
Four savory "cakes" of premium crab meat, celery, onion, dijonnaise, and seasonings are rolled in Italian-style breadcrumbs and perfectly pan fried. Our jalapeno-basil aioli complements this appetizer magnificently. $14

Tuna on Pancakes
Sliced and seared Yellowfin tuna sits atop a green onion and ginger pancake, drizzled with wasabi mayonnaise and soy reduction. $12

Baked Goat Cheese
Marinara sauce is the bed for thick rounds of creamy goat cheese that are seasoned with oregano, basil, cumin and garlic, baked and served in ceramic ware for melted perfection. Served with toasted baguette slices. $12

Duck Rolls
Large pieces of hand cut duck breast, sweet pepper and onion are cradled by hickory smoked bacon, grilled, and served with a sweet and tart honey balsamic glaze. $14

Grilled & Chilled Vegetable Platter
An assortment of delicious fresh seasonal vegetables are seasoned and lightly charred on the grill, then cooled and served with a ginger-mustard dip - perfect for summer. $10

Spinach and Artichoke Dip
Artichoke hearts, fresh baby spinach, fresh minced garlic, cream cheese and a blend of seasonings are topped with Asiago cheese, baked and served in ceramic ware to a bubbly golden top. Our house made garlic toasted rounds are served for dipping. $10

Roast Beef Bruschetta
Thinly sliced peppered roast beef is delicately placed on toasted baguette slices with chive and onion cream cheese, cherry tomatoes and green onions. $12

Feature Pizza
Tuscan chicken and blackened beef with Gorgonzola are just a couple of the many gourmet pizzas we feature. We bring you a different and unique pizza each week. Ask your server for this week’s selection. $14

We prepare only the finest seasonal soups, stews, chilis and chowders to appease your palate. Ask your server for today’s house made selection. $8

Lancaster’s House Salad
Fresh mixed greens, Granny Smith apples and pecans are lightly tossed with our sweet cider-shallot vinaigrette and topped with Gorgonzola cheese. $5

Caesar Salad
Crisp romaine lettuce and Parmesan cheese combined with our homemade dressing makes this a great start to any dinner. Served with anchovy fillets and croutons. $6 Large available $10

Greek Salad
Fresh spring greens, roasted red peppers, artichokes, Kalamata olives, and pepperoncini are tossed with a Greek style dressing and topped with Feta cheese. $8

STEAKS & CHOPS

All of our Chicago Stockyards ® steaks are grilled to your liking and served with Lancaster’s signature steak sauce and roasted garlic mashed potatoes.
Add sauteed mushrooms and Gorgonzola cheese or roasted shallot and garlic butter
for an additional charge.
Add a 5-6 ounce Canadian Lobster Tail to any meal for Market Price.

Filet Mignon
8 ounce, center cut, considered the king of steaks because of it’s unbelievably tender, melt in your mouth texture. $32

New York Strip
12 ounce, boneless, particularly prized for it’s flavor and tenderness that comes from the location of this cut of beef. $28

Ribeye
14 ounce, boneless, one of the most popular steaks due to it’s wonderful marbeling, which creates a juicy, tender steak. $30

Pork Chop Florentine
10 ounce, bone-in pork chop is seasoned and grilled, drizzled with an herb sauce and served with marinated tomatoes, crusted goat cheese, and creamy mashed potatoes. $25

Lamb Chops
Two 6 ounce chops are glazed with our zesty Asian BBQ sauce which incorporates soy sauce, hoisin, honey, chili sauce and much more. A bed of fresh sautéed bok choy is the perfect companion for this wonderful cut of lamb. Served with our delicious silky, buttery mashed potatoes. $26

FRESH FISH

All of our fish is wild caught when available and delivered fresh daily.

Pan-Fried Tilapia
Broccoli slaw neighbors this mild white fish that is pan-fried until golden brown and served with a spicy tarter sauce and rice pilaf. $22

Seared Tuna
Fresh tuna steak is rubbed with chili spices, seared and served with a refreshing citrus vinaigrette and rice pilaf. $24

Grilled Salmon
Seasoned and grilled salmon is accompanied by a smoky salsa of grilled tomatoes, onion, and jalapeno. We garnish with lime wedges and serve with rice pilaf. $22

Seafood Enchiladas
Crab, shrimp, onions, green chiles, and cheese fill corn tortillas that are baked in a lobster enchilada sauce, topped with Monterey Jack cheese, and served with Spanish rice. $22

Spiced Tuna Entree Salad
Orange marinated, Cajun spiced, pan seared tuna tops romaine lettuce, red onion, warm cherry tomatoes, and Great Northern beans with a citrus tarragon vinaigrette. $16

With something for everyone, our generous pasta portions contain flavors from around the world.

Summer Garden Farfalle
We bring the garden to your table with this delicious vegetarian bowtie pasta dish of garlic, shallots, tomatoes, and basil pesto. Add chicken or shrimp for an additional charge. $18

Tortellini with Prosciutto
Cheese filled tortellini, prosciutto, peas, and parsley are tossed in a creamy yet light sauce with a hint of tomato flavor. $20

Baked Buffalo Alfredo Pasta
A spicy cream sauce with onion, garlic, Sharp Cheddar and Monterey Jack is tossed with pasta, topped with Gorgonzola and bread crumbs and baked. Add chicken or shrimp for an additional charge. $18

Stuffed & Wrapped Chicken
Two chicken breasts are pounded thin, stuffed with fresh baby spinach and feta cheese, wrapped in bacon, sprinkled with paprika, baked, and served with a creamy sun-dried tomato and green onion rice pilaf. $20

Veal Scallopini
Hand cut and tenderized veal is dredged in seasoned flour, pan-fried, and served with a Madeira wine, shallot, and porcini mushroom cream sauce. Served with buttery mashed potatoes. $24

Bison Burger
A sweet Hawaiian bun sandwiches a third pound grilled bison patty, grilled pancetta, Gouda cheese, red onion, tomato and avacado with chipotle mayonnaise. We serve with a gourmet bacon, green onion and tomato macaroni & cheese. $32

Strawberry Chicken Entree Salad
Fresh spring greens, red onion, fresh pineapple, tomatoes, cucumber, strawberries and grilled sliced chicken breast are dressed with raspberry vinaigrette and topped with Gorgonzola cheese crumbles. $16
