Lancaster's has has brought back some favorites and introduced new items on their autumn menu. Our delicious Butternut Squash Pasta has returned with the comforting flavors of fall, try our new twist on the classic fillet mignon and what better way to enjoy the changing seasons than with our Chef’s Choice Game Special...
All our fish is wild caught and delivered fresh daily.

APPETIZERS

Shrimp Cocktail
Succulent shrimp are cooked perfectly then flash cooled for optimal flavor and served with a traditional cocktail sauce. $12

Crab Cakes
Onions and celery combine with lump crabmeat, creating a half pound of savory cakes that are panko crusted then lightly pan-fried. Our house made jalapeno-basil aioli is the perfect accompaniment. $12

Dip Sampler
Three of our most popular dips on one platter - spinach and artichoke, sun-dried tomato and coriander, and roasted red pepper hummus - make this a sure crowd pleaser. Served with pita points and toasted garlic rounds. $10

Tuscan Pizza
Smoky chicken, bacon, onions and tomatoes blanket a 9 inch ultra thin crispy crust, all topped with goat cheese. $12

Artichoke Puffs
Chopped artichoke hearts, tangy cheeses and a perfect blend of spices fill these delicate puff pastry bites which are complemented by a Spanish Romesco sauce. $10

Fried Goat Cheese
Thick rounds of creamy goat cheese are crusted with panko breadcrumbs and almonds, perfectly pan-fried and served with marinara sauce and garlic toasts. $10

Tuna Tartare
Colorful layers of Yellowfin tuna, red onion, tomato and avocado are garnished with alfalfa sprouts and accompanied by chive oil, soy sauce, crème fraiche and flatbread. $14

Duck Rolls
Applewood smoked bacon boldly envelops hand cut duck breast, sweet red pepper and onion with a drizzle of honey-balsamic sauce. $14

Seared Scallops
Large, plump and juicy scallops sit atop fresh plums and are accented by green onions, toasted black sesame seeds and a fantastic plum glaze. $14

Beef and Vegetable Roulade
Hand sliced, tender and juicy filet mignon nestles scallion, red pepper and carrot, all glazed and grilled with a candied ginger-soy reduction. $14

Lancaster’s House Salad
Fresh mixed greens, dried cherries and pecans are lightly tossed with our sweet cider-shallot vinaigrette and topped with Gorgonzola cheese. $5

Caesar Salad
Crisp romaine lettuce and Parmesan cheese combined with our homemade dressing makes this a great start to any dinner. Served with anchovy fillets and croutons. $6 Large available $10

Spinach Salad
Chopped eggs, tomatoes and red onion rest upon a bed of fresh baby spinach that is then drizzled with a warm and smoky, creamy bacon dressing. $6


LANCASTER'S MAIN COURSES

Sea Bass
Tart marinated artichoke hearts dance with capers, onions and black olives in a stewed tomato-white wine sauce, crested with with long grain rice and thick fillet of fish. $30

Tuna
Fresh Yellowfin tuna is enlivened by the bold heat of wasabi infused extra virgin olive oil and calmed by an orange-soy reduction, making the perfect balance between sweet and spicy. Served with a wild rice blend. $26

Chicken Roulade

Juicy chicken envelops Proscuitto ham, creamy mascarpone cheese, sun-dried tomatoes, fresh chives and spinach, served atop roasted root vegetables and complemented by a sweet and savory bacon-shallot apple cider glaze. $22

Filet Mignon
Toasted goat cheese accents an 8 ounce, hand cut, center portion filet that is served atop a sauce of dried cherries, aged balsamic vinegar, red wine, and beef stock. $28 Add a 4 ounce lobster tail for market price.

Stuffed Pork Chop
Bursting with onions, mushrooms and spinach, our 10 ounce chop is pan seared then baked and accompanied by a creamy onion and beef broth. Served with bacon and chive mashed potatoes. $25

Stuffed Shells
Jumbo pasta shells overflow with a delicate mix of shrimp, crab and lobster along with peas, onions, fresh herbs and three cheeses. A creamy tomato sauce is the perfect closing to these luscious seafood stuffed shells. $22

Salmon
Baked wild caught fresh salmon sits upon a swiss chard and toasted pine nut saute and is blanketed by a roasted red pepper, roasted garlic and caper cream sauce. Served with a wild rice blend. $24

New York Strip
For a true steak connoisseur: a center cut, 12 ounce strip served with onion strings and Lancaster’s own steak sauce. Served with roasted garlic mashed potatoes. $30

Lamb Chops
Two 6 ounce chops are glazed with our zesty Asian BBQ sauce which incorporates soy sauce, hoisin, honey, chili sauce and much more. A bed of fresh sautéed bok choy is the perfect companion for this wonderful cut of lamb. Served with roasted garlic mashed potatoes. $26

Veal Piccatta
Our veal loin is hand cut and tenderized, then breaded in seasoned flour, pan-fried, and served with a sauce of capers, garlic, white wine and butter. Served with roasted garlic mashed potatoes. $24

Baked Prawns
Linguini pasta cradles sweet succulent prawns baked in a mouthwatering sauce of onions, tomatoes, fresh fennel and oregano and topped with feta cheese. $24

Butternut Squash Pasta
The ultimate comfort pasta: Butternut squash roasted with butter, cinnamon and nutmeg is combined with cream, three cheeses and spices, served with linguine pasta, topped with additional cheese, baked to golden perfection and garnished with toasted pine nuts. $18


Ribeye
Exotic mushrooms sauteed with port wine nestle this 16 ounce boneless seasoned steak crowned with roasted shallot and garlic butter. Roasted garlic mashed potatoes complete this hearty meal. $30
